An educational tour organized by SRCS, Indore to Lonavala, Goa and Imagica, was an enriching experience that combined fun, adventure, and education. The scenic beauty, historical sites, and learning opportunities made it an ideal destination for students.
A day at Imagica- Theme Park & Snow Park-
With great excitement SRCians of grades IX-XII, along with their teachers spent their most memorable day at IMAGICA, an adventure park. Everyone felt a rush of adrenaline, while on the rides, they were seated touched the skies or turned upside down completely. Upon completion of every ride, students and teachers alike, showed a great sense of achievement and pride. The most sought-after rides included “Nitro”, “D2”, “Scream machine”, “gold rush” etc.
Students along with their friends also enjoyed a game of snow basketball, sliding down icy slopes in toboggans and rafts, climbed the rocky snowy mountains, and had a snowball fight in the minus 5 degrees in Imagica.
Exploring the Natural Beauty of Lonavala -
It nestles amidst the picturesque Sahyadri Mountains in Maharashtra, was a perfect destination for the excursion. The students enjoyed their visit to the Wax Museum where they spent their leisure time with the idols of great personalities. At Tiger hill, they also admired the serene landscapes and lush greenery as it offered a refreshing break from the monotony of classroom learning. An excursion to Lonavala was not just a fun-filled excursion but also an educational experience that broadened students’ horizons and stimulated their curiosity.
A Blissful Escape to Goa-
A visit to Goa is not just a vacation; it's an experience of a lifetime. From its pristine beaches and historical heritage to local culture, Goa offers a little something for everyone. SRCians enjoyed at the beaches of Goa, its churches, Aguada Fort, a 17th-century Portuguese fort with stunning views. Students brought souvenirs for their family & friends from Flea market.
The completely fun-filled and learning educational excursion left everyone with wonderful memories and personalized emotions that were captured, only to become nostalgic and laugh at, in future. Though physically exhausted, each one returned home with many souvenirs in their bags.
