The ability to work as part of a team is one of the most important skills. It’s the work that blends individual strengths, so that they complement each other and in doing so, people brings together with a sense of camaraderie and shared vision. It creates a sense of belonging, encourages tolerance and team spirit, improves communications skills, and creates an atmosphere of community.
