       parent-child relationships that affect the develop-

       ment of empathy. We may teach                empathy
       to our children by being a role model for them as

       they look up to us and imitate us. Also, connecting

       with children socially and emotionally helps a lot.
       Talking to them, sharing our happiness and prob-

       lems make them empathetic in life.


       Empathy is a valuable life skill for children to pos-

       sess. It is beneficial as it helps to develop strong
       bond with family, friends and other acquaintanc-

       es.  It  encourages  acceptance  and  adaptation  of

       situations and dealing with conflicts and disagree-

       ment.  Also,  empathy  promotes  good  mental
       health and social  harmony.


       It is necessary to imbibe empathy for the welfare

       of society. People with a higher level of empathy

       learn to help others more quickly than their more
       hard-hearted  peers,  scientists  say.  This  would

       make world a better place where we would feel

       safe and connected.
