With an objective to recapitulate and reinforce the effects of yellow colour, the tiny tots of grade-Nursery & KG celebrated “Yellow day.”
Yellow colour represents happiness and fun. The traditional yellow colour talks of inspiration. Yellow is such joyous and happy colour and makes you feel instantly cheerer. Yellow is a fast paced active colour. Yellow is the colour of optimism, glory, sunshine, enlightenment and happiness. Yellow colour promises positive future as well as energy.
A day dedicated to the yellow colour was marked with children dressed in different hues and tints of yellow. Children were not only beautifully dressed in their favourite yellow dresses but also brought yellow objects to make it a complete “Yellow Day”!]
The day consisted of various craft activities like colouring on sunflower, mango, corn and paper crumpling activity. KG-1 Children spoke few lines about the objects that they brought.
The motive of celebrating this yellow colour day was to make the children aware of yellow colour, its significance and to develop fine motor skills in the students. . The day was spent with utmost enjoyment while beams of yellow shades carried the promise of a positive future!
