Shri Ram Centennial School, Indore celebrated the 75th Independence Day on 15th August 2022 with great patriotic fervour and zeal. The Principal Mr. Chandra Shekhar Yadav hoisted the National Flag followed by the National Anthem. This entailed a short celebration including a patriotic Group Song and Inter House Folk Dance Competition by students. The SRCSians showcased the 'Unity in Diversity' through various folk dances of India. The Principal, Mr. Yadav speaking on the occasion urged students to realize, understand and cherish our much coveted independence and work towards a progressive nation. He with his usual expertise in wordplay convinced the children and all present that we should never miss out on doing our part as Indians. Everybody present for the celebration took the vow that:
We will sincerely do our bit to keep our mother and motherland happy.
We will strive to make our nation corruption free and work to teachat least 5 people to become enlightened citizens.
We will keep our national flag flying high in our hearts always.
The programme ended with patriotic fever of our National Anthem followed by sweet distribution. Jai Hind!
