SRCS celebrated the 77th Independence Day with great enthusiasm. The school premise was adorned with tricolour decorations, creating a vibrant atmosphere that resonated with the spirit of freedom.
The event commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by the reverend Chief Guest, Dr. V Ganesan followed by the rendition of the national anthem that filled the air with pride and unity.
Dr. Ganesan was extended a floral welcome by the Principal, SRCS Mr. Chandrasekhar Yadav
Students from different grades showcased their talent through a series of performances that paid homage to the nation's struggle for independence and its progress since then.
Cultural programmes, including dances, patriotic song, speech and orchestral performance were given to commemorate the spirit of freedom.
The school's staff and students came together to remember the sacrifices made by our forefathers and to express gratitude for the privileges of living in a free and democratic country.
Honorable Dr. V Ganesan sir and the Principal sir eloquently infused the patriotic fervour by their motivational addresses.
As the event concluded, the students were reminded of their duty to uphold the values and ideals that India's freedom fighters fought for.
The celebration was anchored by Dushyant Singh and Muskan Sharma.
