Shri Ram Centennial School, Indore organised a very thoughtful session on the Mental Health and Wellness of the pupil on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. The Resource Person was Major ( Dr. ) Samhita, MD, Psychiatry who is associated with International Research Associate in Drug Policy and De addiction ( UK ).
The Key speaker was a prolific orator. Her experience and expertise at such a young age were immaculate. The topic of discussion was personality disorders like hyper activity, stress, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, OCD etc.
