Janmashtami Celebrations at Shri Ram Centennial School, Indore

The spirit of devotion and joy filled the air as Shri Ram Centennial School, Indore celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and religious fervour.

Our tiny tots from Nursery to Grade 2 came dressed as adorable Radhas and little Krishnas, adding a vibrant and divine charm to the celebration. The day began with a special assembly where the students presented soulful bhajans, graceful dance performances on popular Krishna songs and a beautiful skit depicting the birth of Lord Krishna.

The classrooms and corridors were beautifully decorated with flutes, peacock feathers, and matkis, creating a festive Vrindavan-like atmosphere. The little ones also participated in activities like flute decoration, matki decoration and crown making, showcasing their creativity and love for Lord Krishna.

The celebration was not just about festivity but also about inculcating the values of love, truth and righteousness as taught by Lord Krishna in our young learners.

It was indeed a day of joy, devotion and learning, leaving everyone with beautiful memories and divine blessings of Lord Krishna.

Jai Shri Krishna!
