SRCS Celebrates World Earth Day with Creative Zeal

The campus of Shri Ram Centennial School vibrated with environmental consciousness and creative energy as the SRCians celebrated World Earth Day. Moving beyond the playing field, our students channeled their diverse talents into a series of impactful activities designed to honor and protect our planet.

Students from Nursery to Grade XII demonstrated that environmental advocacy knows no age limit. The celebrations featured a wide array of talent. Students engaged in Drawing and Painting competitions, splashing canvases with vibrant depictions of a greener future. The "Best Out of Waste" segment saw ordinary scrap transformed into extraordinary art pieces and functional tools, showcasing the power of recycling.

Our young learners charmed the audience with a Fancy Dress showcase, portraying endangered species and personifying Mother Earth. The highlight of the day was a poignant Musical Skit performed by the senior students, which paid a rhythmic and soul-stirring tribute to nature’s resilience.

The activities created awareness to instill a deep-rooted sense of responsibility toward the environment. It provided a platform where students could express their environmental concerns through the arts, making the message of sustainability personal and memorable.
