SRCS Hosts CBSE Capacity Building Programme on AI in Classrooms

 SRCS conducted a day-long CBSE Capacity Building Programme on the topic ‘Use of Artificial Intelligence in Classrooms’ on the 12th September 2026, Saturday to equip educators with practical, ethical, and strategic AI tools for implementing modern instructional pedagogy in the classrooms.

 Principal Ms. Sunita Singh Chouhan felicitated the resource persons—Mr. Madhav Mantri (Principal, Garima Vidya Vihar S. S. School, Indore) and Mr. Prateek Shrivastava (PGT Computer Science, St. Vincent Pallotti School, Indore)—following their profile introductions by Ms. Deepa Awasthi and Ms. Vinita Singh respectively.

 Through live demonstrations, multimedia modules, and hands-on breakout activities, the 55 participating teachers explored:

1.    Core concepts, taxonomy, and industry applications of AI

2.    Generative AI tools for lesson planning, assessments, and differentiated learning

3.    Ethical safeguards, data privacy, and mitigating algorithmic bias

 The workshop concluded with the Principal presenting mementos to the mentors, followed by a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Shweta Lashkari, and the National Anthem by the school choir.
